By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the comos9 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the comos9 platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our services via the website or mobile app. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use comos9 services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by another party.
- Comos9 reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact comos9 customer support immediately.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the comos9 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or threatening purposes. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
All transactions on the comos9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods approved by the platform, including TNG e-Wallet and local online banking such as FPX.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. comos9 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment details submitted by the user.
- The minimum deposit is RM 10, depending on your selected payment method.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
- Comos9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any detected fraud or money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Balances in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the comos9 customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Comos9 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In the event that a technical fault causes an inaccurate game outcome, comos9 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and refund the original stake amount to the user.
Account Suspension & Closure
Comos9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraud or suspicious activity detected
- Bonus or promotion abuse
- Providing false information during registration
- Legal action or requests from authorities
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the comos9 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of comos9 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from comos9.
Third-Party Links
The comos9 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience only. comos9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Comos9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
